It’s time for a hot night of music and laughs! Start with four richly gifted singer-songwriters - add 3/4 cup married life, 4 kids, 3 cats, one piano, four guitars, a rocking’ purple bass, a dollop of sharp social commentary, and a pinch of PMS. Set this on the road to tour for 17 years, throw in a hot flash or two and you've got Hormonal Imbalance™…A Mood Swinging Musical Revue! - an estrogen fueled hilarious new show that celebrates the best of “Babes, Boys, and Botox,” starring the Four Bitchin' Babes at the McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center this Friday, November 21st at 7:00 PM.
According to Billboard Magazine "The BABES stir the heart as well as the funny bone." The Augusta Chronicle praised the show as “Part serious song craft, part free form therapy… funny, smart, tuneful, and sophisticated.” The performance is being sponsored by Blader’s Dakota Inn, Holt’s Fine Jewelry, WAUH Radio, Modern Pole Builders, and McComb/Bruchs PAC Inc.
You are invited to sit back and enjoy an entertaining evening with these outrageously funny and multi-talented musician “gal pals” as they examine and ultimately celebrate the lives of today’s men and women as we all search for BALANCE! One question remains: How can funny sound this pretty? “Together they tell humorously observant tales of modern urban life, and harmonize like a heavenly chorus.” The Chicago Tribune.
A “Foodstravaganza” dinner package catered by Moose Inn at the World War II Memorial building is also being offered prior to the show. The meal will feature a salad & vegetable station, pasta bar, carved meat & potatoes station, and a dessert area featuring a chocolate fountain. A cash bar will also be available. Seating will start at 4:30 for the meal.
